Madhuram Jeevamrutha Bindu

Bangla and Malayalam are two languages that I have wanted to learn so desperately. One has the quality of the soft, tender touch of love and the other of the romantic eruptions of a bubbling amorous youth!

My love for Malayalam started at a very young age due to the influence of my relations in Trivandrum and was fed by those numerous (brilliant) movies I used to watch as I grew up. Yet I am so far away from appreciating its poetical works and try to brush up my knowledge by occasional conversations with my friends in broken Malayalam.

This song is for my dear friend, Asha who is making a determined effort in getting me to sing more Malayalam numbers in the process of enriching my vocabulary in this beautiful language.

Madhuram Jeevamrutha Bindu for you from the movie Chenkol, originally sung by Chithraji

Adithi…

Very good rendition as I had anticipated even prior to starting to play the song. A very difficult song that it is, you handled quite well. Very good modulations and almost perect sangatis. Only felt the energy in both the antaras could be little more.

Overall I am happy that I at least inspired someone to sing a wonderful song…

Adithi...first time am hearing you..good rendition...and u have your own style... few things i have noticed is the pitching..pay a little more attention to the pitching.this is more when u start a line..then sangathis can be more perfect in certain places. most of the places it has come out very well.keep singing...all the best
